Terms & Conditions
- Pool Days are valid only for entry to Twilight Family Pool and the use of its facilities and do not include access to the other hotel’s areas and rooms, which are reserved for the registered guests of the Luna Holiday Complex.
- All pool day guests MUST wear the wristband provided.
- No food or drinks are to be brought into the pool areas. Only food and drinks purchased at Twilight Bar may be consumed on the premises. The management and staff reserve the right to withhold any food & beverages brought from outside (these will be returned on exit).
- First-come, first-served policy; no Sunbeds shall be reserved.
- The opening of the Umbrellas is at the sole discretion of the Hotel Supervisor.
- Use of the Pool and any of its facilities shall be at the sole risk of the person/s using it. The Management and employees shall not be responsible for any damage or loss to the person or property occasioned therein.
- Kids must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
- Opening and closing times are subject to vary as deemed necessary by the Management, in order to assure an orderly operation of Twilight Pool.
- Opening Hours 11:00AM – 5:00PM. Season Dates May – October [weather permitting].
- No use of Hi-Fi equipment is allowed.
- No Inflatable items are allowed in the pool & jacuzzi.
- Should the need arise, the Management reserves the right to use any part of Twilight Pool area and limit access to guests at all times.
- No Pets allowed
- All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
