The Luna Holiday Complex,  opened its doors in 1982, starting off with 30 apartments.

Over the years, it has expanded significantly and now offers 170 serviced apartments, three bars and restaurants, a mini market, a gym, and two pools—one of which is converted to a heated indoor pool during the winter months.

Today, Luna is recognized as one of the leading three-star apart-hotels in the north of Malta. The complex has continually enhanced its hospitality services by upgrading guest rooms and public areas. Luna takes pride in its experienced management team and staff, who are dedicated to ongoing training and service improvements to ensure an exceptional experience for guests.

Location

Luna Holiday Complex is situated in the picturesque town of Mellieha in northern Malta. Guests can take a short uphill walk or catch a bus to the town center, with bus stops conveniently located just steps from Luna’s entrance. Mellieha offers a variety of shops, restaurants, souvenir outlets, and architectural marvels. Visitors can delve into the town’s rich history and religious heritage by visiting the Marian Sanctuary Museum, the Parish Church, and WWII Shelters, or simply relax and enjoy village life with a freshly brewed coffee.

The property boasts a prime location near Mellieha Bay, Malta’s largest and most popular sandy beach, and Park tal-Majjistral (Northwest Park), a 2.5 km² nature reserve extending to the west of the island. This reserve offers additional beaches, untouched trekking trails, and historic landmarks, all easily accessible in foot.

Luna is partnered up with one of the leading beach clubs in Mellieha, providing our guests a spot on the beach. As well as our very own Scuba Diving centre on the property.
